What are your work hours?
Our normal working hours are between 7:00am - 4:00pm, and 24/7 assistance for emergencies. However, our normal hours may change due to the job location and the travel time required. This can be discussed with the quotes person.
How long are your quotes valid for?
Our quotes are valid for 30 days. This is clearly stated on our quote forms.
How do I apply for a tree removal permit?
You will have to apply, contact or download a planning permit or dangerous tree permit form from your local Shire / Council by visiting there website.
When is a tree removal permit required?
You will need to check with your local Shire / Council as each can have different requirements.
What are your payment options?
We accept Cash, Cheque and *Credit Card.
*2% will be added to the overall price for credit card payments.
Do I need to be there when the quote is given?
You will not be required on site when the quote is given, although it is helpful if you are able to clearly identify which trees you desire to be removed. We will need a clear description of what needs to be done and any other information we may need to know to get the job done.
How and when do I pay for my job?
An invoice will be sent via email or phone number, upon the completion of the job. For cash transactions, are to be given to Supervisor on site.
Is ACE Tree Management insured?
Yes, we are insured to protect you, your property and our team in the event of an incident with our $20 Million Public Liability Insurance.
Can I keep my wood for firewood?
Yes, there will be no extra cost involved, although where it lands is where it stays. However, if you would like us to take the firewood away a cost will be added to the existing quote. You will have to ensure you inform the person who provides you with the quote what you would like.
Have you recently changed your branding?
Yes, as we are to expanding all our services and going beyond the borders of Victoria. The "Yes It's Ace" Group provide the following services; Ace Trees, Ace Tower Hire, Ace Shop and Streetworx.
If the tree is not accessible can it still be reached?
Yes, we have highly skilled Arborist tree climbers who are able to cut down unreachable trees. Also with our 60 Metre Tower we are able to gain access to trees that are normally hard to reach.
Do you remove tree stumps?
Yes we do. However, we leave the stump mulch after the stump has been grubbed below ground level. The owner must inform us of any under ground services prior to starting the job.
Can I keep the mulch?
Yes, you are allowed to keep your own mulch. We will unload the mulch for you at an accessible location of your choosing.
